Bug - Normal 部署任务完成后没有盒子

我的部署任务完成后没有收到盒子，盒子直接不见了，我有录制视频但是发不出来。这样的情况出现过好多回了。https://www.taptap.com/video/2648934视频可以在这里看到。我把我的id图片发出来了。看到后麻烦帮我处理下。
