12 day present not received

I went to open the 12 day gift and it doesn't direct to gifts just for the store's offers. a few hours before the server was having problems, I couldn't open the presents. now how do i look? unfair to be without gifts if the error is from the game server!

Bro report this in bug section and community. I also had same thing but it was resolved by the devs
