Other 7.1 Update Ads Problem - IPad 10:32 P.M EST.

I was playing normally on my IOS device, and I watched all the ads available in the Viewing Parlor in the afternoon, but after it was recharged it didn’t let me watch any more ads from the Viewing Parlor (I could watch other ads) saying that there were no ads available at that time. And now I’m playing this at night, 10 p.m. and it won’t let me watch. I don’t really know if this is an Internet problem, or if this is intentional. Thank you!
