Bug - Normal about accolades

i have 12 diamond characters ,but my accolades - 10 diamond characters show :"9/10",why？

Resolved - 10 Gold/Diamond fighters accolades glitch - EXPLAINED!

I currently have 7 diamond fighters, but when I check my collection accolades, it says I only have 6. The same thing happened when I did have 6; it said I only had 5. My device is a Galaxy A42 5G. My username is Luigipotter16, and my user ID is 3q6k-ahc70
