Resolved achievement is not completed

Hello. The quests have an achievement for 10 diamond characters, and I have them, but only 8/10 counts. I thought only true diamond characters counted, but my friend raised a gold character and got credit.

what data should i provide?

Needs to be 10 unique characters, not variants of characters. In your screenshot you have 2 diamond big bands and 2 diamond fukuas, hence 8/10
