Banned for using emulator?

So ive been perma banned from my account. I was using an emulator to play on pc cause my phone gets really hot playing and i dont want it to break.
Ive spent over 200€ in my account so im reaaly sad for this.
I havent messed the game and i never thought on ruining anyone experience or stuff like that
I just wanted to protect my phone to catch fire.
I really didnt knew what i was doing with the emulator cause im bad at pc stuff. I think i did nothing bad.
So please can someone help me atleast to retrieve the permanent ban and make it a time ban for a month or the time that is fair. I just want to play again with my account otherwise ill have to quit. This game means a lot to me and it helped me a lot in many ways. All the people i met are awesome and helped me with my mental health( i dont feel like talking more about that theme) just wanted to thank them.
I learned the lesson the hard way. Read the terms. It was my mistake. I just want to play with my account that i put so much effort in and atleast if the permanent is removed get the time ban so ill have like a warning for being dumb.

I did already and cellsai just told me to vontact support and support just close the tickets

I feel like they should let you play but under the condition this doesn't happen again. It doesn't feel right that they penalize you for a mistake you didn't know you made.
