Bug - Normal Banned/hacked acccount

Hello, for some reason when I started Skullgirls after 7.0 manutention doesn't connected with my line account. When I try to connect all the page say is "ERROR user blocked". I didn't use hack or anything else like that, I was just trying to enter the game when it's in manutention. Can you guys give me back my account? Or if don't, just tell me what I did to get banned? I really love this game, and I really want to keep playing

Oh hello, there's nothing to do anymore, I was using LINE to connect with Skullgirls. For some reason they blocked my permission to use theyr app. I already tried to contact with them but they will not give me back my account
