Bug - Normal Black dahlia error

En este link envío evidencias en como en un enfrentamiento en competitivo, Black dahlia empezó a fallar, haciendo que el juego fuera un poquito lento, y que esta no pudiera disparar, algo que casi me cuesta la partida, vean el video por YouTube, ya que por esta plataforma, al parecer no lo puedo reproducir, y por cierto, ¿alguien sabe como cambiar la edad de mi cuenta?, metí la fecha mal, en realidad tengo 15, y aparece como si tuviera 22 años, ayuda
