Hi, I've been trying to play with a friend of mine (PC, Windows, Steam). But his game doesn't start, it stays in the little window that loads the game but on his screen, it's just a black screen that eventually crashes. We've tried the following:

- Starting in compatibility mode.
- Starting as admin.
- Allowing firewall.
- Disabling antivirus.
- Updated Geforce Drivers.
We are at a loss and don't know what to do next. I really wanna show him what fighting games are all about with this game
