Bug - Normal Bug in the game

When entering the game, black boxes appear instead of the characters and nothing is visible.
I hope they can solve that problem.
and also mention that today I made a purchase of a Marie relic with the fragments and the game only removed the fragments and they did not give me any relics.

Reinstalling your game should fix the black boxes you are seeing over your characters.
Before doing this, please make sure your account has a proper binding tied to it so you are able to get back into your account.

As for your relics, sometimes when there is a connection error with purchasing relics or opening them, it may seem like the relics have disappeared, but they have actually opened and the new fighters should be in your collection if you sort by new.
