Bug - Crash Bug with relicts

Hello i recived 10+1bonus relicts from the store for 0 diamonds i also got silver relict when i tried to open them it said beep boop meow error and when i re opened my game the relicts disappeared i didnt got any characters im not a hacter or a cheater
