I payed 5000 crystal for buying 187 and the server crashed,when I get in,my crystal are gone and I got nothing ,what should I do?

Some of them are on vacation right now, but when they come back, they will resolve your case and you will have a brand new diamond!! (Because that´s what I wish for you in christmas
