I’ve done that it still doesn’t work and it gives me error code #1

Yeah and I even reset the passcode just incase it was too old

Ok so I finally got an answer from them it was a glitch there was no way for me to fix it anyway they released a new version of the game that updated everyone’s glitch it was unfixable without it
