Bug - Normal Can't claim accolades

I have 20 gold fighters but in the accolades it says that i have only 9 and that i can't receive my 1k gold shards.

You need to collect 10 unique characters, not variants. So there may be a Gold character that you don't have yet. If you share your SGM Username and Public ID I can take a quick look at your collection to verify.
