Bug - Normal Cant refresh store

I cant refresh my store after 4.9. It is normal before today.

Is this still occurring for you? and do you have any screenshots of what the store looks like? Sometimes there's issues on Apple and Google that prevent the store from appearing, but it usually resolves itself.

Yo tampoco puedo actualizar la tienda me dice que hubo un problema para recuperar objetos de la tienda y le doy al botón de actualizar y no pasa nada

Hola de nuevo la semana pasada escribí un comentario pidiendo ayuda porque no se me cargaba la tienda pero después de escribir ese comentario la tienda me empezó a cargar al abrir el juego, me sentí muy feliz pensando que habían solucionado mi problema pero la tienda solo me cargó durante tres días después de eso volví a donde empezó todo, les mando adjuntas aquí los screenshots con la tienda y el ID de usuario para ver si pueden solucionar mi problema. De antemano muchas gracias.

As mentioned in my previous post, most often this is caused by the Playstore and Appstore themselves, there's little we can actively due.

Usas algun tipo de duplicador de aplicaciones? Usualmente eso tambien interfiere en la carga de la tienda...

Nunca he podido entrar a la tienda. Siempre me sale refrescar.
