Hi, I've recently completed the origin story of big band, but at basic mode, somehow I'm not sure if it's a bug where I didn't get the reward for completion, (there isn't a tick beside any of the chapters at all, and may I know what is the chapter 2 and 3 completion for? Is it advance mode and hardcore mode? Thanks.

Your video isn't showing what you're reporting. You clicked on the Rewards button while you had Advanced difficulty selected, which shows you the rewards for completing the story on Advanced, which you haven't done yet.
When you completed Big Band's origin on Basic, you should've gotten those additional rewards after completing the Boss Node or after completing the Final Node that puts you at 100% completion. That rewards popup appears after completing those fights.
