Other Chat Announcement of Lost Streak

I've been toying around with the silly idea of have Chat announce when you lost a large? streak (50+), both for salt and entertainment value for channel lurkers. Just as Chat is optional, having such a setting should also be optional of course. Honestly, I know development priorities lie elsewhere, but this seemed like a hilarious enough idea to not share.
