My device is Samsung A30, Android version is 11.

As seen in the video, everything works fine except for the chat, I could even claim my daily missions, but chat would appear grayed out.
After asking around about this bug, these are all the things that can trigger it:
1.- After completing a prize fight match (Even more likely if you QUIT the match from the pause menu)
2.- After completing a rift battle
3- After completing a parallel realms floor
4 and most likely.- After losing connection with the game (When ''reconnecting'' you will no longer be able to access the chat, but can still play matches)
