Bug - Normal Chat isn’t working?

So I logged on as usual and when I went to check chat, I saw this
I restarted the app a few times, then I got this message:
I’ve hit retry a few times but it still hasn’t connected. Or did I get banned?

Is this still occurring? Our chat system has separate servers from the rest of the game so occasionally there can be some network issues that prevent you from accessing chat.

After about an hour or so, it actually started working again! I just got worried there haha, anyways, thank you very much!
