Bug - Normal Costume Party - Infinite blessing stacks

During the Costume party, I noticed the characters who had a permanent blessing did not lose their blessing stack when activated. Causing the enemy to return with 10% health infinite times. I will send the bug video when I can replicate it.

This is meant to happen as until you use a Blockbuster it remains permanent same as heal and whatever else.
