Bug - Normal Daily Event Tickets

I am on a Galaxy A11 phone. When I go to claim tickets to play Daily Events, it says I already have the max when I only have 1/4 tickets and I cannot claim more.

We currently give out 4 tickets a day and it won't let you claim them unless you're at 0/4. Have you gotten to 0/4 and tried to claim your tickets?
