Allow Valentine's Dead Cross to hit more characters.
Right now short characters dodge the first hit of dead cross. I mean, I'm not sure how intentional this is but it'd be nice to land all 3 hits especially considering that Valentine is considered one of the weaker characters.
I like to hit with the ground combo and before the last hit use dead cross because it deals a moderate amount of damage. On short characters, though, the first hit misses and I get punished for it.
