The other thread I posted in Bugs forum has just been sitting with no response or approval from moderator. Also, my ticket has has zero activity or response since I opened in dec 25. What's going on?
Please tend to ticket #99557 as no one has looked at it and has been idle since dec 25.
I bought the Christmas hyperpack for 5k Theonite, apparently right as server maintenance went underway. I couldn't login due to this. Later that day when I logged in there were no relics, but the Theo was still taken from my account!
I've been in a holding pattern in-game since opening this ticket. I have other things I want to spend 5k Theo on but can't since you guys took it from me without holding to your side of the transaction.
Please let me know if I need to be doing something to speed up resolution.
