Some times when i use deployment i do what they askme about the element and name of the girls and by the time is finish the deployment almost everytime the relics never appear at all and i do everyting right.

You are not guaranteed rewards from Deployments. The rewards chance is indicated on the right by a certain percentage, it'll go up or down as you add fighters.
