Bug - Normal Diamond character

I got a diamond character, but it's not in my inventory.
The diamond character acquisition missions in the mission list are also marked as completed.
But still not in my inventory.
Is this my misunderstanding or a bug?
Please answer fast.

How did you receive your diamond fighter? If you sort your collection by 'recent' does it appear at the top of the list? If you are sure that you received a Diamond fighter and now you don't have it, please submit a ticket to customer service at skullgirlsmobile.com/contact so they can investigate.
