Bug - Normal Diamond collections

I actually have 4 diamond characters but in the accolades it shows that I only have 3 can somebody help me

you probably have 2 identical characters (not skins), for example two wolves

For that accolade, one must remember there is an important distinction between "character" and "fighter." For example, Filia is a character, but Class Cutter Filia and Djinn Frizz Filia are fighters. In order to meet the accolade's requirement, you must get a diamond tier for each character (10 different characters). Meaning if you got a diamond Beowulf, it ignores all other diamond Beowulfs. You need to get a Cerebella, a Peacock, a Double, etc.
