Due to the recent crashings and unstable connections within the servers, I have lost many things. I’d like to address to you about the lost diamond key of mine.
I received the key from Diamond 3 rift reward and spent the key on Model Leader to upgrade her second attack stat tree. The key got consumed, however the node wasn’t unlocked. During this incident, the game notified me something along the lines of “Your session has expired!” After loading for about 30 seconds or so trying to use the key.
I have tried restarting the app multiple times, and I even tried to delete and reinstall the app. However, those methods weren’t effective.
If possible, I’d like to sincerely request a diamond key or two to make up for the lost diamond key of mine. Thank you.
