Do all characters have bursts?

Welcome to Skullgirls Mobile! For future reference, this kind of question is better suited for the "New Player Guides and FAQs" or "General Discussion" forums, a little further down the front page.

To answer your question: yes! Every character has the following kinds of moves available:
- A Burst, a zero-damage move that debuffs the opponent and knocks them away on hit, and can be used to break out of an opponent's ground combo
- An Outtake, a zero-damage move that forces the opponent to tag out on hit (or bounces them off the wall if they're the last fighter standing on their team) -- the fighter that tags out loses all their non-permanent buffs and debuffs, and a non-Fukua fighter that tags in loses any recoverable portion of their health bar that they hadn't healed yet.
- A Taunt, a zero-damage move that buffs your fighter if it isn't interrupted
- Four or more other Special Moves (round border)
- Two or more "level 1" Blockbusters (square "film strip" border), requiring a relatively small amount of charge to activate
- Two or more "level 2" Blockbusters (square "film strip" border with an extra decoration on each side), requiring twice as much charge as a level 1 Blockbuster, but often do much more damage
- One or more "level 3" Blockbusters (square "film strip" border with lots of extra decoration and skulls in the bottom corners), requiring three times as much charge as a level 1 Blockbuster, but cannot be blocked or dodged and is often a character's highest-damage move.

if the every player have the same ability, how do you win the game.

Every character can have the same abilities, but how you use them can greatly affect the outcome of the fight.
You'll often find that the enemy teams actually have far more HP and other extra bonuses than you, so you need to play even better than they are to win.
