Other Dropping frame rate?

While playing, sometimes a couple of frame is missing. It is like Dio stops time.
Does anyone have this kind of issue?

While playing, sometimes a couple of frame is missing. Depending of the time, combo was ignored and I lose sometime.
Does anyone have this kind of issue?

It happens a lot after the server update.
