As you know, dublicious has the ability to transfer her debuffs on to the opponent when gets hit. I've realized that during Annie PF, if power surge is transferred and when the total sum of power surge stacks on the opponent is 5 or more, the opponent gets stunned and the power surge indicator jumps between 2 and 4 constantly. When the stun timer ends the opponent is stunned again. I haven't really checked if this loop goes on infinitely or it stops at some point since I didn't want to waste a pf match like that but in either way I don't think that it is intended.
