The animation of eliza's 4th and 5th combo hit, swipping down hit and some Sekhmet hits, becomes blurry, like an old tv without signal, this is happening with every eliza variant and also in every mode where those animations can be called.

Does this still occur for you? Usually if it's the same character in multiple fights, it can be a sign of a bad install. If you haven't already, try reinstalling and see if that resolves it.
I just reinstalled everything and the animations are running smoothly, such an easy fix, thanks. At least that problem gave me a better view of eliza's hitbox
