I've had issues lately with Eliza being able to dodge/avoid all or most of the damage from a BB3. It's happened with Goodfellas (Peacock) and Strike up the Band (Big Band). It always happens when she goes into Sekhmet mode which seems to mess with the hit detection or the super armor doesn't allow for launching.

I think it's a good thing to have counters to BB3s. A well-timed dodge, being out of range, anything other than a block (duh).
As for Eliza, well, grab moves instantly bring her out of Sekhmet mode. I've seen that apply to grab move BBs as well. Pretty sure Goodfellas grabs, so I'm surprised that fails against Sekhmet.
