Bug - Normal endless "Connecting...", waste of Theonites

just downloaded the base for the new update checked the mail and characters, all well, but when I'm trying to access the store or try to buy relics, that "Connecting..." screen is endless (5, 10 mins, nothing). I tried twice and lost 3K theos and didn't get any character in exchange and no Premier relics, still I did get the Resurrection Shards for some reason.

no matter how positive might seem, is not fair. why?
