Bug - Normal Every one died in parallel realms

So I was playing parallel realms mode and during a fight I turned off my phone, when I turned it back on the game refreshed. Once I got back in it said all my characters have died even though none of them have died before. What do I do to fix this?

Unfortunately, if a fight is interrupted due to a connection error or the game closing before the fight is finished, the fight can count as a loss.
We're unable to restore lost streaks or fights when a connection issues like this occurs.
