Exclusive characters

Why don't character relics (and elemental relics) state the characters exclusive to them anymore? I got a Dragon Brawler Beowulf form a golden relic and I can't tell if I should be surprised or not. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of character pools from which relics draw?

Here are the list of exclusive variants that can not be found from a Premiere Relic:

The 5 Elemental Variants:

- Megasonic Big Band (Only found in Shrouded Relics)
- Grim Fan Painwheel (Only found in Shining Relics)
- Star-Crossed Parasoul (Only found in Stormy Relics)
- Pyro-Technique Valentine (Only found in Scorched Relics)
- Idol Threat Filia (Only found in Sunken Relics)​

Oh-Mai Valentine (Only found in the Daily Relic.... 1% Chance)

Necrobreaker Squigly (Only found at in person Skullgirls events via sign-up)

Every other variant can be found in every other Relic.

EDIT: Some variants are released on a timed-exclusive basis. For example, Star Spangled Cerebella, Freedom Fighter Beowulf and Blue Bomber Robo-Fortune were temporarily exclusive to Revolutionary Relics.
