Bug - Normal Failed to unlock skill tree

I tried opening the last section of my purrfect dark move set, but it consumed my key without unlocking it. My game username is anemonasprite1 and my user ID is 2w71-2beeo. Please help me. I'm to paranoid too use any of my keys.
