Lo que pasó fue que abrí una reliquia de oro asegurado, por accidente le di a volver, y el juego contó que abrí la reliquia pero no me dió la variante y no me devolvió los fragmentos de oro creo que se llaman.

As the above post says, check your collection, you should have a new Gold fighter in there.
Any Relics in our game that you purchase with Theonite in the Relic store and immediately open, or any Relics you spend your Shards on to immediately open, will be instantly opened and the fighter added to your collection, despite whether or not you get to watch the full animation.
We do have some plans for a future update to adjust this Relic opening flow though so players don't miss out on the excitement of revealing new fighters from Relics.
