my characters were moving by themselves and i almost lost a very important fight, and in the rift battle when i go to see the opponent's characters to see if i can fight before fighting the characters have a strength but when i will fight strength of them increases and in a drastic way and that makes me lose

Regarding the first part of your report, any chance you had the auto-fight function turned on accidentally? By default it should be off, until you turn it on in the options menu.
I think I understand what you mean in the second part of your report, but I could use an example if you have it. If it happens regularly will you share screenshots or a video of what you're seeing?
