It is absurd that I have to fight 2 gold fighters with 3k power level and I can only use bronze, someone please change this

Sounds like you're in Story Mode for that kind of match up...some of those nodes are meant to be challenging.
Kinda like a puzzle.
The right leveled up Bronze with Gold Moves can do some real damage to Gold fighters (of any power level).
There's also threads in this forum with advice on winning specific challenges of this nature, worth searching for.
