Bug - Normal Fighters aren’t being found

So there’s this glitch where it won’t let me use characters in fights and for deployments I use it in a fight with full stamina and it loads me in and says fighter not found and I puts me back at the beginning fight screen I change the fighter that’s the problem then it works problem is I have a gold I need to level up and it won’t work so please see this and fix it thanks
