Okay, so from what I've experienced and what I've heard from other players, it seems Filia's Marquee, the first cut, is seemingly way much better than Leech. Especially in the upcoming update where every Filia will now have a chance to inflict permanent bleed. And while I would like to keep the first cut as it is, because it makes her powerful, I feel like her second ability should be tuned so it can be seen as a good ability as well.
As a suggestion:
The amount of maximum damage leeched is increased. (Maybe to a maximum of 50%, just so it isn't too powerful)
Or leech also counts bleed/heavy bleed damage into consideration. (Kinda like Bio-Exorcists' drain)
Or at least that's what I think. Any thoughts?
