Double can't be used flesh step after throw

After reviewing this with our design team there's not bug here. Flesh step will teleport you next to the opponent. If you queue into it during a throw, it'll trigger while you're still next to the opponent, so you essentially don't go anywhere. I suggest trying to wait a bit after the throw is done and then use it
