I've been playing for a long time and I've accumulated a lot of resources, but as for universal retakes, they're rare and you can simply spend them without getting what you want in return.
At least make 5 tickets instead of 4 tickets, or Parallel realms, reduce the cooldown from 72 hours to 48, so we can at least use what you gave us, or add others other ways to earn Canopy coins, buy moves for 100 thousand gold, and it is not a fact that a universal retakes will fall out of it.
I would also like to propose changing the universal retake to another type of retake, because the universal type is more difficult to obtain than retakes for individual characters.
