Resolved Ghost ad

So I've encountered this glitch where this mystery ad haunts my screen. I can't remove it, deleting the app and downloading it again doesn't work, and it stays no matter what I do.
It doesn't impact my ability to click on things, it's just in the way.
Update: forgot you can reboot your phone, doing that fixed the issue. Still don't know what exactly happened tho

That's the first I've ever seen that! Wild. If you're able to reproduce please let me know, sometimes it's a bug with the specific Ad itself, so knowing which Ad that is could also help.
