I think there should be at least three additional 'Guest stars' for the game.
Because if there is a sequel based on Brain Drain's creation (The Chrome Heart), it's obvious that the guest stars are going to signal which Characters are going to be playable for the sequel
In that case, I stand by my previous suggestion of Beatrix, Ileum and as for the potential third, I possibly suggest Scythana (I kinda headcanon that if there ever a sequel, she would take a Vi (League of Legends) role.
(Unless there are still plans for the unified Story mode in which case never mind).
