Bug - Normal Had 2 take a break relics.

In my previous play session my internet connection seemed unreliable. After getting to a more stable connection, I was trying to open my take a break relics and was getting an error. Noticed I had 2 of them and was to open 1 by dragging it up rather than hitting the open all button.
Attached are screen shots showing having 1 relic still while the timer is going, the error message from trying to open the other relic, and one for account information.

basically we think this is just a miscommunication between your game client and what the servers say. Basically your game thinks you have relics when you actually don't. It usually resolves itself after restarting the game.
