Bug - Normal Halloween prize fight bug

It happened during a prize fight where my fighter got two permanent buffs instead of one.

seeing as you were playing Peacock, it was probably by using Argus + Impending Doom

That happens when using a BB right after another, happened to me when using Robo's Circuit Breaker -> Magnetic Trap

Yes but it still is a bug. As shown in the screen shot it can be very dangerous, for example getting invincible and unflinching at the same time.
