Keeping in tune with Heavy bleed and Heavy regen is Heavy Hex!
Heavy Hex would disable the SA as well as the MA, PA and CA of a fighter.
I know that this idea has been tossed around before, but it’s more necessary now. Perhaps this could be broken up into several new debuffs that for example “disable CA and also reduce crit rate by %”
Even though she was nerfed, Black Dahlias MA is still a formidable force and so is Valentine's MA/PA. The other fighters MA/PAs kind of pale in comparison. I don’t think this new debuff should be easy to access but maybe the simplest thing to do would be to add this to the existing hex?
