Do you have 10 different Gold characters? It needs to be 10 unique characters for the Accolade to pop.
So, for example, two Gold Cerebellas count as 1 character.

Like BlackSunday said, it must be 1 gold variant per character. I.e. a gold for Beowulf, Annie, Dahlia etc.. And not 10 gold variants in general. This also applies to the Diamond achievement as well

Resolved - 10 Gold/Diamond fighters accolades glitch - EXPLAINED!
I currently have 7 diamond fighters, but when I check my collection accolades, it says I only have 6. The same thing happened when I did have 6; it said I only had 5. My device is a Galaxy A42 5G. My username is Luigipotter16, and my user ID is 3q6k-ahc70
