Resolved Help me this is not ok!!!

Oh god from where should i begin weeks ago i talked about this i have been buying peacock chests 33 and raising and the only thing that the chest gave me was rerun and sketchy i cant belive i spent lots of gems for nothing and some of yoi said "its probabilities" god 33 and no silver or gold sorry but this is not ok really not ok please help me give me back all my gems please!! I spent weeks saving them for nothing?!?

Jeez I'm really sorry about your efforts, but I'm very sure that its all in the probabilities... If you still don't have a single gold, I'd recommend buying the premium nonexclusive relics (1000 for 10+1 Fighters). The rates are actually better for those and it's cheaper than the exclusive relics. I myself have bought 22 cerebella relics so far, and have gotten nothing but bronzes and maybe 2 or 3 silvers. The goal (if you're just starting out) is to get a gold character that you can use to participate in the PFs. That way you can slowly build up a collection of golds. Then, once you're set on nonexclusive golds, reach out for the exclusive ones you want.

It's a gacha game: A lottery, a gamble. If you were guaranteed to get what you want then it wouldn't be a gacha game anymore. If I went to a casino and hit the slots for a few minutes without winning do you think they'd give me my money back?

The probabilities and rates for relics are stickied in the new player forum, which is nice of the devs as you don't usually see this information. It took me 3 attempts when buying the 10+1 pack to get a silver character in the last few. It sucks but that's how it works, at least the game is pretty generous with their free theonite and coins.
